Christmas Party 2015!

It's been one whole year since we had a SuperGirls get together.

For some reason, I thought that with the girls being older, the chaos would be at a lower level.

Ha ha! Silly me. Thank goodness Peyton and Emme were there to help me out.

There was lots of talking, giggling, dancing,  screaming and sitting on each other.

I had the girls fill out a questionare asking them things like:

What was your favorite part of the summer?

What will you be doing in 10 years?

If you could have a super power what would it be?

I collected them without names and read them out loud and we all guessed who's paper it was.

Good news...all of them said they would be attending college or art school in 10 years!

Many of them would fly for their super power.

We talked a lot about "crushes" which was something new!

After chatting it up, we looked at old pictures from SuperGirl parties years ago.
They loved seeing how "little" they all were. It was a fun trip down memory lane.

Next, they formed teams for a Gingerbread House building contest.

What started as an organized effort to actually make a house, quickly turned into a "let's put as much candy, frosting and sprinkles on graham crackers so it looks like a bomb went off".

So, there really wasn't a winner for that competition.

Dancing and pictionary wrapped up our evening. They told me I was too old to dance but I proved them wrong.

It was great to see everyone and
they  picked up right where they left off a year ago.

I will try to plan another get together before the school year comes to an end.

Have a wonderful Christmas!
